Job Description:

Founded in 1987, Yee Hong is Canada’s largest not-for-profit long-term care and services organization. Operating 805 long-term care home beds, life-lease facilities, affordable housing, a residential hospice, and a wide range of holistic in home wrap-around services and supports, Yee Hong annually serves over 28,000 elders across the Greater Toronto Area. Yee Hong is recognized as a quality leader and the gold standard for culturally inclusive, person-centred care for elders from diverse ethno-racial backgrounds, and innovative services and supports for caregivers and families. Since its establishment, Yee Hong has been awarded Exemplary Standing seven times in a row by Accreditation Canada. In 2021, Yee Hong was recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone Human Capital.

To meet the ever-increasing demand due to the aging population, Yee Hong works with the Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation and many other organizations to expand service delivery capacity. Currently, Yee Hong and its partners are also working on building on three new centres totaling 800 LTC beds, planning and developing future Alternate Levels of Care and Transitional Care settings, and broadening offerings via life-lease facilities and retirement homes led by Yee Hong Seniors Living, a newly formed subsidiary.

Yee Hong is committed to social impact and strives to share knowledge and leading practices to improve access to culturally inclusive and quality senior care. A trusted advisor to an array of stakeholders in the senior services and broader healthcare sector, Yee Hong’s Consulting & Education Division and Personal Support Worker Career College supports long-term care homes, community agencies, hospitals, and organizations in Ontario, Canada and in Asia with expertise and resources to build, manage, and operate long-term care homes and seniors services.
