SJGHEL is seeking an innovative Director, Corporate Services who will champion the development of a safe, efficient and sustainable environment that enables exceptional patient care. In this leadership role you will oversee a broad and interconnected portfolio including; materials management, facilities, maintenance, security, environmental services, food services, and risk ensuring these essential functions operate cohesively. By fostering collaboration optimizing operational systems, and advancing best practices, you will help shape an organizational environment where infrastructure is reliable, services run smoothly, and patient and staff experience a well supported high quality care setting.

This role works under the general direction of the Vice President, Corporate Services, People, and Strategy & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). As the Director you will foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration that drives continuous improvement initiatives and organizational excellence.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. A professional designation such as PMP, FMP, or related is an asset. The successful candidate will also have seven to ten years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare operations, including facilities, environmental services, materials management, project management or corporate risk.
